Shop Policies

Delivery, Cancelations and Returns

All orders will be dispatched 2nd class within 1-3 working days of your order - if you require a tracked or express shipping option, please select this option at the checkout.  Royal Mail are also experiencing delays at the moment, so please allow up to two weeks from dispatch for your order to arrive. Thank you for your understanding.

Orders may be cancelled, if required, before the order has been shipped. We cannot guarantee this will always be possible but we will do our best to accommodate you. Once shipped we are unfortunately unable to cancel. Please contact us by email at hello@htaylordesign.com if you require your order to be cancelled. 


Please get in touch with us if you wish to arrange a return. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the item being shipped.  Buyers are responsible for paying the postage costs associated with returning the item. Refunds will be issued once we receive the item.

Sustainability Policy

All products are sold in sustainable packaging which is either recyclable, compostable or both. This lets our products reach you in great condition whilst protecting the environment. 

We use only organic, recycled or up-cycled fabrics in our products.  When organic fabrics are used this means that no nasty chemicals are used in the creation of these fabrics. Where possible, we also use GOTS certified organic fabrics, meaning that workers are certified to be receiving a fair wage. These are naturally biodegradable and don't do any unnecessary harm to the environment when you wash them.  Sometimes we will also use recycled fabrics such as rPet, which is a recycled polyester made using recycled plastic waste such as plastic bottles. We also up-cycle fabrics where possible to use already existing stocks and avoid creating waste as much as possible.

Our patterned fabrics are created using digital print. This method means that designs are printed directly onto fabrics using a printed. Our suppliers use Eco friendly inks in their printers, and this method allows for less water waste than traditional methods. 


We choose to use recycled paper as it uses less energy, water, and produces lower carbon emissions than the manufacturing of non-recycled paper and at the same time reduces the amount of waste to landfill – as paper can be recycled 4 to 5 times.

Our pencils are made using wood from sustained yield forests. This means that the wood used in the pencils is harvested at a rate that is in balance with, and does not exceed, the growth rate of the forest, allowing the forest to flourish.

Please review this policy before purchase to ensure that you are happy with how we handle your data. This policy informs the consumer how we handle your data though every aspect of interaction with the business. Any information we interact with is protected, your privacy is very important to us. 

During sales, inquiries and email marketing campaigns we handle: your full name and any contact information you supply us with such as email, phone numbers and postal address.  

We use this information to allow our consumers to receive their orders. If you subscribe to our newsletter your email address will be kept in our records to supply you with the occasional promotional email. You can opt-out of this at anytime by clicking the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of our emails. All information is stored safely and securely. We will not pass on your information to third parties without your knowledge.
